The
interior of the test chamber is made of stainless steel
plates, and its shell adopts high quality static mold
or SUS304 stainless drawbench steel plate. A fiberglass
heat preservation layer is placed between outer shell
and the working chamber, which guarantees the uniformity
of the chamber with no heat escaping from inside. The
wind comes in from the bottom of the chamber and escapes
through the top. The air in the chamber is forced to
circulate y using acentric fan. Airproof liners made
of epispastic silicon rubbers are embedded around the
chamber gate.
Uses and performance:
The 401B
aging test chamber is suitable for thermal ageing
test of various rubber and plastics products,
electric insulating materials and other materials.
The working temperature may be fixed at any time
when the temperature varies from room temperature
to 250 . In addition, the temperature could remain
constant by the use of automation system so that
aging test can be conducted within a short time
period.
The result of
aging test is determined by the precision of temperature
adjustment and the distribution of temperature
in the chamber. Our aging test chamber is manufactured
drawing strengths from foreign products of the
same category. The wind adjusters are installed
on both sides of the thermal wind chamber in order
to adjust the distribution of temperature inside.
The adjustable ventilation volume ranges from
0-100 times per hour in case of continuous blasting.
